ORDERING

If you ordered the wrong item or filled in the wrong address, please contact us in time before shipping and we will change it. After the order is shipped, neither the address nor the wrong item can be changed.
(Also please note (for example, after the order is shipped): If it is caused by your mistake, we will not refund you, so you will need to resend the order. If our staff made a mistake, you can contact us in time for compensation.)

Please Contact Us immediately. If your order has not been shipped, we may be able to change the address for you. And please remember that each order can only change delivery address once.

PleaseContact Us within 2-6 hours after making your order. Otherwise there is a possibility the order gets to be processed and shipped.

You’re most likely just seeing 2 or more authorizations on your account. Please remember that every time you attempt to make an order, your card will be authorized for the total amount of the order. However, an authorization is not a charge!

Any unnecessary authorizations will fall off your statement as soon as your bank verifies that we did not process the charge. It may take 3 – 5 business days for the authorizations to drop off. We know this whole thing can be super confusing so please Contact Us with the dollar amount and your order details so that we can check to see if there are duplicate orders in your name.

Sadly, we can only accept one form of payment at a time. If you’d like to purchase a Dscuco&paws gift card, you can use your gift card with a credit card or one of our other payment methods!

International orders are subject to duties, customs, and value-added taxes that aren’t reflected in our prices. You will be responsible for paying these charges upon receipt of your order, at full price, including free gifts with purchase, buy one get one free items, and discounted pricing. We are required by law to disclose the full value of the package contents and cannot alter this value.

Please check with your local customs office for more information on your custom/duties liability as these vary based on location.

AFTER SALES & REPAIR

We are very sorry that we cannot provide you with a long-term warranty. We will do our best to track your item order before shipping. If an item is lost or damaged, we will compensate you and send you a new order. If you have any questions, please feel free to contact our team. They will be like enthusiastic detectives, ready to help you answer any questions until you are completely satisfied!

If the goods are lost during transportation, you can contact us in time to re-make and resend them. If the goods are lost or damaged after you receive them, we will not compensate you.
