About payment security

Our online store in the US supports credit/debit cards issued by American Express, Google Pay, Discover, Diners Club, Master Card, Venmo, and Visa. When you decide to pay with a credit/debit card, you will need the following information to make a secure payment: the name on the card, the card number, the month and year the card expires, and the digital security code.


Please note that DSCUCO does not save the credit/debit card number and personal information you enter in the payment fields when you pay. If you have questions about transactions on your bank card, please contact the bank that issued your credit/debit card.

ORDERING

I ordered the wrong item, can I edit my order?

Dscuco store supports 30 days of return and exchange. If the order address is filled in incorrectly, you can contact us in time before shipment and we will make changes. If the address and contact information cannot be changed after the order is shipped, you can contact us for the next step. Can I change my delivery address?

PleaseContact Us immediately. If your order has not been shipped, we may be able to change the address for you. And please remember that each order can only change delivery address once.

How do I cancel my order?

PleaseContact Us within 24 hoursafter making your order. Otherwise there is a possibility the order gets to be processed and shipped.

Will I receive a confirmation of my purchase?

How should I pay?

We currently accept all major card providers, as well as PayPal and VISA. You can check on ourpayment policyto get more information.

I see more than 1 charge on my card!

You’re most likely just seeing 2 or more authorizations on your account. Please remember that every time you attempt to make an order, your card will be authorized for the total amount of the order. However, an authorization is not a charge!

Any unnecessary authorizations will fall off your statement as soon as your bank verifies that we did not process the charge. It may take 3 – 5 business days for the authorizations to drop off. We know this whole thing can be super confusing so pleaseΒ Contact UsΒ with the dollar amount and your order details so that we can check to see if there are duplicate orders in your name.

Can I use multiple forms of payment?

Sadly, we can only accept one form of payment at a time. If you’d like to purchase a DO gift card, you can use your gift card with a credit card or one of our other payment methods!

Does Dscuco cover international custom fees/duties?

International orders are subject to duties, customs, and value-added taxes that aren’t reflected in our prices. You will be responsible for paying these charges upon receipt of your order, at full price, including free gifts with purchase, buy one get one free items, and discounted pricing. We are required by law to disclose the full value of the package contents and cannot alter this value.

Please check with your local customs office for more information on your custom/duties liability as these vary based on location.

We ship to almost every country in the world.

Do you offer free shipping?

We offer free delivery service on our website as long as the order meets a certain amount! If you need to rush, you can pay extra fees, which will be determined by the logistics company.

How long will it take for my order to ship?

Please refer to the rates and delivery time for each destination fromhere.

Orders are usually processed within 24 hours, and the estimated delivery time does not include the packaging time of the order after the purchase is confirmed. Once the order is confirmed, you will receive a tracking number that you can use to track the progress of the shipment.

Can I add a gift message or gift wrapping to an order?

Sadly we do not offer gift receipts or gift wrapping for online orders!

However, all of our online orders will only come with a packing slip that will contain no pricing, just the order number they will need if they wish to exchange their gift.

Do you offer warranty service?

We’re really sorry, but we can’t provide long-term warranty services for custom products. We’ll do our best to track your modifications and editing intentions before shipping, but once it’s shipped, it’s like a little bird taking flightβ€”your keepsake is off on its own adventure! After all, custom items are one-of-a-kind; they’re not like clothes, bags, or electronics that come with a warranty. If you have any questions, feel free to reach out to our team. They’ll be like enthusiastic detectives, ready to help you with any inquiries until you’re completely satisfied!

How do I start a lost item claim?

If the goods are lost during transportation, you can contact us in time to re-make and resend them. If the goods are lost or damaged after you receive them, we will not compensate you.

Does Dscuco over the cost of shipping my repair?

Customized products are not covered by the warranty. If you do not like the product you received, you can contact us to remake it. We will follow your advice and make the next modification plan until you are satisfied.
